SPODE
BUILDING 5.

Refurbishment of Spode Building 5 in Stoke-on-Trent with mechanical and electrical installation, re-roofing, new windows and doors, structural repairs, external works, construction of retaining walls, underpinning, brickwork repairs/repointing, installation of new access equipment and staircase, timber repairs and internal finishes. RAE BUILD were invited to this historical site where Josiah Spode, known for his role in the Industrial Revolution, established his pottery business in 1774.

STOKE
TOWN HALL.

The works to Stoke Town Hall involved internal redecoration, installation of a new bar area, roof and window repairs and a strip-out of the existing bar in the Jubilee Lounge. RAE BUILD’s works also comprised removal of the existing 1950’s cantilevered concrete canopy from the Glebe Street entrance and the making good of the existing stonework. A comprehensive project with a duration of 52 weeks.
