Paul has been instrumental in establishing RAEBUILD as a trusted contractor, delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and development projects across the public and private sectors.
With expertise in commercial management, project delivery, contract strategy, and business leadership, Paul has built a reputation for delivering value, quality, and long-term client relationships. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have driven the company’s continued growth while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, collaboration, and exceptional standards.
Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
