RAEBUILD successfully completed the refurbishment of staff training and welfare facilities at Belgrave St Bart’s Academy during the 2025 summer holiday period, creating a modern, flexible environment ready for the start of the new academic year. Delivered on behalf of St Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust, the project transformed outdated accommodation into high-quality spaces designed to support staff collaboration, training and day-to-day working.
We were appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of the academy’s existing training room and staff facilities within the summer break.
The programme required careful planning and efficient delivery to ensure the new facilities were fully operational and ready for occupation ahead of the new school term.
We undertook a complete strip-out before transforming the space with new flooring, full internal decoration and upgraded electrical installations, including recessed floor boxes to provide flexible power throughout the room.
A bespoke media wall, contemporary kitchen facilities, modern furniture and new collaborative workstations featuring integrated pop-up USB and power sockets completed the refurbishment, creating a practical and technology-enabled environment.
The completed refurbishment has provided Belgrave St Bart’s Academy with a contemporary, professional training and staff facility that supports collaboration, meetings and professional development.
By delivering the works during the summer holidays, we ensured there was no disruption to teaching, allowing staff to return at the start of term to a modern, fully equipped environment designed to meet the needs of today’s education sector.
