RAEBUILD successfully completed the refurbishment of the Female Staff WC and Accessible WC facilities at Berkswich CE Primary School, Stafford, delivering the entire project within just one week. Working to a carefully managed programme, our team completed the refurbishment ahead of schedule, allowing the school to regain full use of the facilities earlier than anticipated.
The school required its existing staff and accessible washroom facilities to be modernised, providing a brighter, more hygienic and fully compliant environment for staff and visitors.
As with all live education projects, the programme needed to be completed quickly while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and causing minimal disruption.
Our team carried out a complete refurbishment of both the Female Staff WC and Accessible WC, replacing outdated sanitaryware, installing new wash basins and bespoke vanity units, modern WC cubicles, hygienic wall finishes and new flooring throughout.
The accessible facility was upgraded to provide improved accessibility, while new fixtures, fittings and finishes created clean, contemporary spaces that are both durable and easy to maintain.
Careful planning, efficient coordination and excellent teamwork enabled every stage of the project to progress smoothly, ensuring the programme remained ahead of schedule from start to finish.
The completed refurbishment has delivered high-quality, modern washroom facilities that provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors while meeting current accessibility requirements.
Finishing the project ahead of programme meant the school was able to resume normal use of the facilities sooner than expected, demonstrating our commitment to efficient delivery, quality workmanship and reliable project management.
