Overview

RAEBUILD successfully completed the refurbishment and external enhancement of a long-established family-run funeral directors, delivering a modernised facility that better reflects the needs of the business and its clients.

The Brief

The brief focused on modernising the building façade and improving the external fabric, including the installation of a new roof, construction of a small rear extension, and internal alterations to better support the business’s operational requirements.

A key objective was to create a professional, welcoming, and dignified environment for both staff and visitors. Internal spaces were required to be reconfigured to provide greater privacy and comfort for sensitive discussions surrounding funeral arrangements, ensuring the facility was fit for purpose and reflective of the high standards of care provided by the family business.

The Solution
