RAEBUILD successfully completed the refurbishment of the male and female WC facilities at May Bank Infants School & Nursery during the 2025 summer holidays. Delivered on behalf of Entrust Education, the project transformed the existing washroom facilities into modern, durable and hygienic spaces, ensuring they were fully operational and ready for pupils and staff at the start of the new academic year.
We were appointed to refurbish the existing toilet facilities within the school’s summer shutdown period. The programme required careful planning to ensure all works were completed safely, efficiently and without impacting the return of pupils and staff for the new term.
We stripped out the existing washroom facilities before installing new WC cubicles, IPS panelling, stainless steel wash troughs with integrated vanity units, mirrors, sanitaryware and accessories.
The refurbishment also included new flooring, internal decorations, upgraded lighting, improved finishes and associated plumbing and electrical works, creating modern, practical facilities designed to withstand the demands of a busy primary school environment.
The completed refurbishment has provided May Bank Infants School & Nursery with bright, modern and easy-to-maintain washroom facilities that improve both the appearance and functionality of the school.
By completing the works during the summer holidays, we ensured there was no disruption to teaching, enabling pupils and staff to return to safe, high-quality facilities that will serve the school for many years to come.
