RAEBUILD successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment project at Offley Primary School Academy in partnership with St. Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust and Entrust Education. Completed during the 2025 school holidays, the project transformed the KS1 teaching environment and completely refurbished the toilet facilities, creating bright, modern spaces that support both learning and pupil wellbeing.
The project involved refurbishing the existing KS1 classrooms while completely replacing the school’s toilet blocks.
All works were carefully programmed around the school holiday period, ensuring the facilities were fully completed and ready for pupils and staff at the beginning of the new academic year.
We carried out a full refurbishment of the KS1 classrooms, including new flooring, suspended ceilings, decorations, lighting upgrades and fitted storage, together with modern kitchenette facilities and improvements to the teaching spaces.
The toilet blocks were completely replaced with new child-friendly WC cubicles, wash basins, vanity units, hygienic wall finishes and modern fixtures and fittings, creating safe, practical and easy-to-maintain facilities throughout.
The completed project has provided Offley Primary School Academy with bright, welcoming classrooms and high-quality washroom facilities that enhance both the learning environment and the daily experience of pupils and staff.
By delivering the works within the school holiday period, we ensured a seamless handover with no disruption to teaching, allowing the new academic year to begin in fully refurbished surroundings.
