RAEBUILD successfully completed the construction of Penkvale Mews, a high-quality residential development located close to Stafford town centre. Delivered on behalf of RPS Property Developments, the scheme comprised a new three-storey apartment building providing 16 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments. Designed to offer modern, energy-efficient living, the development combined attractive contemporary architecture with high-specification interiors, secure resident parking, and quality communal areas.
The project brief was to construct a new three-storey residential development providing 16 luxury apartments in a desirable location on the outskirts of Stafford town centre.
The client required a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments designed to maximise space, natural light, and modern living standards while delivering a high-quality finish throughout.
Each apartment was to include open-plan kitchen and living areas, contemporary bathrooms, and premium fixtures and fittings. In addition to the residential accommodation, the development was required to provide secure parking facilities, attractive communal areas, and a high standard of external appearance that would complement the surrounding neighbourhood and appeal to prospective residents.
We delivered the complete construction of the three-storey apartment building, coordinating all aspects of the project from structure through to final fit-out.
The development was carefully designed to create spacious and functional homes, incorporating a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments arranged around bright communal circulation spaces.
Internally, each apartment was finished to a high specification, featuring open-plan living areas, quality fitted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, oak flooring, and premium fixtures and fittings throughout.
Underfloor heating was installed within every apartment, controlled by individual digital room thermostats to provide efficient and flexible comfort for residents.
Externally, secure resident parking was provided to the rear of the building, complete with automated access gates, creating a safe and convenient environment for occupants.
