RAEBUILD was appointed by RPS Property Developments to deliver The Maples, an exclusive residential development comprising five high-quality new-build family homes in Stafford. The scheme includes two end-terrace properties and three mid-terrace homes, designed to provide spacious, modern living accommodation with a strong emphasis on build quality, energy efficiency, and contemporary design.
The objective was to create a small but distinctive residential development that would appeal to families seeking contemporary homes in a desirable Stafford location.
