Overview

RAEBUILD successfully delivered a brand-new science laboratory and WC block at Weston Road Academy, Stafford in March 2026. Delivered in partnership with Staffordshire County Council and Entrust Education, the project provides modern, high-quality facilities designed to support both students and staff for years to come.

The Brief

The project required the creation of new, purpose-built facilities to enhance the school’s teaching environment and improve the overall student experience. Key objectives included:

  • Delivering a fully equipped, modern science laboratory
  • Providing new WC facilities, including accessible provision
  • Ensuring compliance with all education, safety and safeguarding standards
  • Minimising disruption within a live school environment

The Solution

RAEBUILD worked closely with Entrust Education and Staffordshire County Council to design and deliver a solution that met the needs of the school.

The completed project includes a bright, spacious science laboratory fitted with modern teaching infrastructure, alongside a well-designed WC block incorporating durable, hygienic and accessible facilities.

The Outcome

The completed facilities provide Weston Road Academy with modern, functional spaces that enhance both teaching and day-to-day school life. The new science lab supports high-quality learning and practical teaching, while the WC block improves comfort, hygiene and accessibility for students.
