We were thrilled to support the Superhero Triathlon at the stunning Dorney Lake, Windsor, on Saturday 16th August – representing Special Olympics Stafford, part of the incredible Special Olympics group.
The day saw an inspiring display of determination, teamwork and community spirit as athletes took on the swim, bike, and run challenges. Participants had the choice of two race formats:
- Full Superhero – 750m swim, 20km bike ride, and 5km run
- Sprint Superhero – 150m swim, 3km bike ride, and 4km run
We were delighted to see our teams successfully complete both events, showcasing true superhero spirit from start to finish.
As a special moment from the day, we received a heartfelt thank-you card from Clive (pictured centre), who joined Simon Edwards (left) and Paul Edwards (right) from RAEBUILD. It was a wonderful reminder of the lasting friendships and connections made through these events.
