PROVEN TRACK RECORD.

We had worked with Stoke on Trent City Council on previous projects including the refurbishment of historic buildings that they maintained. This project was awarded via an open tender basis with the success of collaboration on previous projects scoring highly.

Our role was of ‘Principal Contractor’ for the project having demonstrated that we have the capability and resources to do so when successfully tendering for the project. Specifically, we had also demonstrated that we had worked on heritage buildings for a period of over 30 years.
